One site

Eight stages, no handoffs

Follow one garment from yarn to carton. Nothing leaves the site between stages.
Circular knitting machines and yarn creels lining an aisle on the knitting floor

Knitting

Open width and tubular machines producing premium knit fabric.

  • Open width and tubular circular machines.
  • Twelve knit constructions, from Single Jersey to Inkjet Yarn Jersey.
  • Fabric moves straight to dyeing without leaving the site.

35,000 kg

Knit dyeing and finishing capacity a day

Dyeing and Finishing

Dyed, finished and checked yard by yard against a 4 Point system.

  • A calibrated dye lab keeps shade consistent between lots.
  • Every roll is checked yard by yard against the 4 Point system.
  • Group capacity of 35,000 kg a day of knit dyeing and finishing.

Cutting

Sample development and CAD pattern work into computerised cutting lines. Precision with minimal waste.

  • An in house R&D team takes a buyer's idea to an approved sample before bulk begins.
  • Patterns are drawn in CAD, which handles intricate work and nests it for minimal waste.
  • Computerised cutting lines hold the tolerance the marker sets.
  • Cut panels are bundled and tracked into sewing.

Printing

Digital screen, thermal, discharge, flock, foil, sublimation, photo, puff and all over print.

  • Eleven print techniques under one roof.
  • Digital screen and thermal printing run on American equipment.
  • Strike offs are approved before bulk runs.

  • 1.2 million pieces a month at full run rate.
  • In line quality checks rather than end of line only.

Finishing

Final inspection with attention to every detail.

  • Pressing and final inspection piece by piece.
  • A quality team follows the product from knitting through to packing, not just to this stage.
  • Steam comes from the boiler fired by the factory’s own waste.

Packing

Cartoned and shipped under CT-PAT rules.

  • Checked, folded and cartoned to the buyer’s pack plan.
  • Packing and shipping run to CT-PAT rules.

Retail standard

Premium knitwear, ready for the rail

The garments on these rails are the production we ship, finished on this floor and styled the way our retail buyers display it.

4 Point

Quality is a stage, not a department

You have seen the floor. A quality team follows the product from knitting to packing, and buyers review it live over video.

Every roll of fabric is checked before it is cut.

Fabric is checked as it comes off the machine, not after it has been cut, so a fault is caught while the roll can still be held back.

Fabric checking, yard by yard.

From the Managing Director

From start to finish, quality is uncompromised.
Md. Morshed Sarwar

Third-party audited

Ten standards, with the paperwork

Eight are published with their mark. Each one has a printable sheet, so a buyer can save it straight into a compliance file.

Rain, effluent, waste

Gold rated, and run that way

LEED Gold covers the building. Rainwater is harvested, effluent is treated and the boiler burns the factory's own garment waste.

Local people, global audits

BSCI and Sedex cover the workplace. Most of the team lives close enough to walk to the gate.
